Milan Lancaric - CEO
He is a graduate of the Wine School in Modra and the Faculty of Management at Comenius University in Bratislava.
Until 2003 he worked as a technologist in the Wine School in Modra. In 2004 he accepted a job offer with ELESKO a.s. He had the idea for a winery and established new vineyards in Modra, Tokaj and Anapa in Russia, which have become regional leaders in terms of their quality. The projects draw on experience acquired during visits to Austria, Italy, New Zealand and Australia, where he studied in particular new technologies and the latest techniques for marketing wine.

Sona Buganova - chief agronomist ELESKO a.s.
She is one of the youngest vineyard managers in Slovakia and proof that winemaking is not an exclusively male domain. She grew up working on her family’s vineyards in Dulovce at her father’s side. After graduating in viticulture at the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra she took up a position as an agronomist in the agricultural cooperative in Dulovce. In 2006 she became a member of the young team at ELESKO. In her work she makes use of the latest technology and she is working enthusiastically on a project to implement biodynamic farming in the vineyards.

Jaroslav Bugan - agronomist IN VINO TOKAY a.s.
He is a person dedicated to viticulture who grew up with vines and soil, the oldest wine grower in his native Dulovce. He acquired his qualifications in the agricultural secondary school in Vráble and spent the next 36 years in the vineyards of the agricultural cooperative in Dulovce. In 2006 he boldly followed in the footsteps of his daughter and began working with ELESKO. His experience contributed to the successful establishment of our vineyards in Modra and later in the Tokaji region. The vineyards of ELESKO are his pride and joy and are a testament to his skills.

Michal Falusi - agronomist
After completing the wine and fruit secondary school in Modra and after graduating in viticulture and wine-making from the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra he began to work as an agronomist in the agricultural cooperative in Doľany. Since 2008 he has been the right hand of Soňa Bugáňová as an agronomist for ELESKO. He began working in vineyards at the age of fourteen, following a well-established tradition in his family.

Nigel Davies - winemaker
He grew up in New Zealand and went to university in Auckland. In 1989 he graduated in oenology. He began his career as an assistant winemaker in the Villa Maria Estate winery and later became chief technologist. In 1992 he went out into the world to gather experience – in France, Hungary and Chile. In 1995 he returned to New Zealand and worked for the companies Babich Wines and Riverside Wines. In 1998 he joined the Sileni Estates project, where he was responsible for the production of premium wines. In 2007 he took up a job with ELESKO and moved to Slovakia with his family. He sees his participation in the ELESKO project as another professional opportunity to produce high quality wine.

Erik Brunovský - technologist
A winemaker in body and soul, as a small boy he helped his father to manage his vineyards and make wine, which later encouraged him to study at the wine and fruit secondary school in Modra and the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra. ELESKO a.s. has benefited from his passion and his experience acquired in various winemaking firms since he became the firm’s chief technologist in 2009.
