Anapa is situated in beautiful countryside in the Russian Federation not far from the Black Sea. Gentle slopes facing south or southeast whose appearance resembles Tuscany in Italy create a landscape that could have been created for winegrowing. The land where the company has begun to plant vineyards is around 10 km from the sea and covers an area of 1 800 ha.

The aim of the project is to build a modern winery and social complex in the Anapa region. As well as planting new vineyards, cultivating vines and producing fine wines, the company is building a large socio-cultural complex with a gallery, a residential section and other amenities that make use of the large area that the company owns, such as a golf course, luxury hotels and villas. In June 2007 the company had planted 150 ha of new vineyards. It plans to plant around 500 ha of vineyards in total.
