ELESKO RestaurantELESKO RESTAURANT & WINE BAR serves mainly dishes from traditional Slovak and Czech home cooking. The team lead by Jaroslav Židek, a Trend Top and Gurmán Award winning chef, provides meals and gala dinners for up to 80 guests in the restaurant. In the summer you will certainly enjoy the open, shaded sun terrace with views of the vineyards, which seats 120. Special events can be organised for up to 350 guests. In Elesko restaurant & wine bar you can sample ordinary food prepared to an extraordinary standard, including crunchy duck and goose specialities cooked in traditional stone ovens and served with traditional thin potato pancakes or dumplings. These are cooked to order with 24 hours notice. One of the most popular specialities is wild boar from the Little Carpathian region, where they live wild in the mountains. Come and taste our specialities from red deer and fallow deer venison, mountain goat or wild boar, or other treats such as goulash, perkelt, halusky and priohy.
